Who is Chom Suan designed for?
Chom Suan is a non-medical senior living home for older adults who are generally well and independent but who prefer the reassurance of a supportive community, daily meals, and staff nearby. We are not a nursing facility or hospital — residents live their own lives here, with as much or as little help as they choose.
Can families visit or even stay overnight?
Yes, family visits are warmly welcomed. Relatives may join residents for meals, participate in Cultural Calendar activities, and spend time on the property. We can also discuss short-term guest accommodation arrangements for family members visiting from abroad.
What does the monthly residence fee include?
The ฿9,200 monthly fee covers your private villa accommodation, three daily meals prepared on-site, housekeeping and laundry services, and access to all shared areas including the library, garden, and covered sala. Activities under the Cultural Calendar are a separate optional programme.
Is the Transition Program required for new residents?
No, it is entirely optional. Many residents choose it because the first few weeks in a new home can bring unexpected emotions and practical questions. The program exists to answer those questions before they become concerns — but some residents settle in comfortably without it.
What language is spoken at Chom Suan?
Our staff communicate in English and Thai. We have experience hosting residents from various countries, and we take care to ensure that daily communication is clear and comfortable for everyone on the property.
